St Brigid Cross Craft Kit 🌾✨️🌾

In honour of Imbolc and the Winters' Cross Quarter, I have curated a special Imbolc inspired craft kit to assist you in your celebration of the earth's awakening from her Winter slumber.

This kit features a the instructions and materials needed to make a 3 arm St Brigid's Cross. This style of St Brigid Cross is a design traditionally crafted to observe the Irish festival of St. Brigid's Day or Imbolc in ancient times. Traditionally crafted from straw or rushes the Brigid Cross was traditionally hung in homes or barns for protection.

Materials include ;

14 carefully selected wheat straws, enough to make 2 crosses
Strong linen thread

To complete the Kit you have the option of selecting either a corn dollies tea cloth or tote bag.

Making & delivery times: This piece will take 3 - 5 working days to make and send.

Caring for your straw: straw work can last for decades, but it is important to keep them dry and away from damp places.
