This beautiful piece uses traditional straw plaiting techniques to create a unique home decoration steeped in folk history. I've used a 5 spiral plait shaped into a circle to create the wreath shape and decorated with posie of wheat ears, oats, lavender, poppy seed heads and peachy white helicrysum.
The wreath measures approximately 15cm x 15cm, it is made from 150 golden wheat straws.
